We ship via USPS.

We ONLY ship to the continental United States.
We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.
The shipping cost incorporates the handling cost. Handling includes the time and effort to package the item, packaging material, and shipping coordination in case of a failure or error.

We accept returns within 15 days of purchase.

If your item arrived and you are not satisfied with it, you may send it back to us with an assigned RMA number that we provide. We will either replace it or refund you, depending on whether or not we have another of the same item in stock.

Items listed under this category contain Pre-Owned accessories, but they are in a like new condition. We guarantee the working functionality of accessories.
	Great: Items listed under the condition of “GREAT” are Pre-Owned. This is the most critical condition customers get confused with, so please read carefully and feel free to ask any questions about the condition of an Item. Items listed as great might look a little bit used after a close observation. These items might have very slight scratches or very small dust particles on any part of the phone. You can also call it a very small wear and tear but it is ignorable. We define a “Fine scratch or Dust” as very minor if it is not visible to the naked eye at a distance of four feet. The Item normally comes with an aftermarket new box, however we do not provide the guarantee for the box’s condition. You can request a cleaner box but it is a matter of availability. We try our best to provide our customer the best available. Items listed under this category contain Pre-Owned accessories but they are in a like new condition. We guarantee the working functionality of accessories.
	Good: Items listed under the condition of “ GOOD” are Pre-Owned and they have been used for longer times (e.g. a year and over) but have been used carefully. These items might have some deep scratches on minor parts of the item (e.g. Battery door, Back cover, sides, inside lens, keypad, etc.) These scratches are harmless to the functionality. We define a deep scratch as “A scratch that is clearly visible from a distance of four feet with the naked eye.” We guarantee the functionality of these items according to our functionality description. The item normally comes with an aftermarket new box. However, we do not provide the guarantee for the box’s condition. You can request a cleaner box, but it is a matter of availability. We try our best to provide our customer with the best available. Items listed under this category contain Pre-Owned accessories, but they are in a like new condition. We guarantee the working functionality of accessories.

Functionality:
	The item has a successful power on and power off cycle. The item has all the working buttons. (some buttons are hard to push and some are soft depending on the model and condition. There are no standard tests in which we can apply to categorize it as a normal or abnormal push). We do not guarantee the buttons pushing condition. The item has a clear display with no breaks or lines (some displays might be soft, some might be sharp). We do not guarantee the sharpness of a display. An item can call in and call out. At a Pre-Owned condition, we sometimes encounter a mic problem. For example, no voice going out. We refund such conditions so please contact us to get a replacement or to fix the existing item. We work with our customers. Text messaging, Instant Messaging, and other software issues are not guaranteed as they require different settings and software with different carriers and locations. However, we look for our customer’s needs and can work with you if you need help.

Carrier specific issues are not our fault so please no abuse.
