Wireoxclub.com do not require you to become a member for purchasing a product, however it requires to create an account or non member sign-up for invoice, billing and shipping purposes. If and when you decide to purchase a product from Wireoxclub.com you need to create a non-member account until, unless otherwise you decide to become a member.

Shipping Policy
Shipping and handling are additional unless otherwise expressly indicated at the time of sale. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Wireoxclub is Wireoxclub's responsibility. If and when you send a product to Wireoxclub for exchange, return, refund or repair any loss or damage that occurs during that shipping by a carrier is your responsibility. You must notify Wireoxclub within 5 days of the date of your product receipt if you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged. Shipping dates, rates and number of days are estimates only. You agree to the term that Wireoxclub reserve the right to change or alter the shipping rates any time. Exchange, Return, Credits and Refund Policies
Credits and Refund Policy
You can expect a credit or refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within seven full business days of our receiving your returned product. Please note that business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Shipping costs are not refundable under normal circumstances.
Return Policies; Exchanges
Wireoxclub’s Detail Return Policy can be found at customer service center and you agree to those terms. You must contact us directly before you attempt to return Product to obtain a Return Material Authorization Number for you to include with your return. You must return Product to us in their original or equivalent packaging. You are responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging Product. Additional fees may apply. If you fail to follow the return or exchange instructions and policies provided by Wireoxclub, Wiroexclub is not responsible for Product that is lost, damaged, modified or otherwise processed for disposal or resale. At Wireoxclub’s discretion, credit for partial returns may be less than invoice or individual component prices due to bundled or promotional pricing.
Tax
Wireoxclub do not collect any sales taxes on behalf of any of the state other than the state of Michigan. Any tax applicable to the purchase of our product is a responsibility of the customer.
Warranty/Guarantee Policy
Wireoxclub provides 15 days money back Guarantee for all of its products sold as marked or mentioned money back Guarantee, excluding the products are not marked or mentioned money back Guarantee but have respective terms as, “ AS IS”, “ 7 day” or “functional failure warranty only”. If and when you claim a warranty the claim is subject matter to follow the Exchange, Return, Refund or Return Policy procedures. Which includes but not limited to obtaining a proper RMA number.
